A gut renovation and reconfiguration of a post war apartment to create separate bedrooms for each child, as well as a guest room. Our client loves to entertain, so we opened up the kitchen and living areas to allow easy entertainment. The design incorporates the owner’s eclectic collection of Latin American artwork. The combination of vintage and modern furniture gives a “collected” feel to this home.
